Front yard ash removal
Ash out of a front yard on a mature lot, with the lift working off the driveway so nothing tracked across the grass.
What we were looking at
A residential lot with established trees around the house and a driveway running up one side. The ash coming out stood between the house and the road with the power service and the drive both inside the potential fall area, which is the usual front-yard problem: plenty of space, none of it in the right direction.
How we did it
The lift set up on the driveway and stayed on hard surface for the whole job, which meant no equipment tracked across a lawn that had no reason to be torn up. The tree came down in sections lowered onto the open grass between the house and the road, then everything was moved back to the drive to be chipped and loaded.
